Jason Lichtstein will be a moderator and panel speaker at the 2013 National Brownfields Conference. During a town hall session titled "Past, Present & Future of State Brownfield Tax Credits and Financial Incentives," Jason will discuss state brownfield incentives and tax credits, how a range of states structure their brownfield incentives, current trends and new state initiatives, and which types of tax credits and incentives have been the most effective in achieving brownfield cleanup and redevelopment.
