Jonathan Robbins and Ari Gerstin will be co-presenting at the National Business Institute CLE Seminar entitled "Marijuana Businesses Law in Florida." The presentation will cover an overview of state regulatory agencies; the business types allowed; highlight marketing restrictions, zoning requirements, employment rules and restrictions for cannabis businesses; go over third-party agreements with cultivators, managers, etc.; review premises security regulation compliance; and ways to prepare for state regulatory agency inspections.
