Jonathan Robbins, Chair of Akerman's Cannabis Practice, will speak on a panel titled “Cannabis Banking, Legal, Finance & AI” at the 2025 Florida Marijuana Policy Conference. The panel will discuss state and federal regulatory and policy issues affecting the legal, banking, M&A, and cyber security aspects of Florida's MMTC licensees, in addition to market dynamics and future challenges and growth prospects.
