Kathleen "Kitty" Ryan will be a moderator at the 2018 CRA & Fair Lending Colloquium, hosted by Wolters Kluwer, for a panel entitled "What is Going on With State Banking Authorities Including CRA and Fair Lending?" Kitty will moderate the discussion between state regulators who will highlight new developments in state examinations and enforcement. Thomas Kearney will also speak at the Colloquium. His panel, "HMDA Data: The Ultimate Transition Year (Well, Until Next Year)," will examine the current state of HMDA affairs as the 2018 data collection year draws to a close. Thomas will address fair lending concerns, data collection challenges, and other new developments.
