Akerman healthcare partners Kirk Davis, Martin Dix, and Philip Sprinkle, will speak at The Florida Bar’s Health Law Section's Advanced Health Law Topics and Certification Review 2022. 

Kirk will present on “Credentialing and Professional Peer Review/Medical Staff Governance & Bylaws/Risk Management,” and speak on a panel titled, “Provider Regulation/Institutional Operations.” Martin will present on “Licensure/Certification & Accreditation/CON,” and he will also participate on a panel titled, “Provider Regulation/Institutional Operations.” Philip will present on “Integration and Structure of Delivery Systems/Tax Issues,” and speak on a panel titled, "Integration and Reimbursement."

This Course is a valuable training program for new associates and in-house counsel and an excellent refresher for experienced health lawyers who have applied to take the certification exam.
