Martin will present on “Pharmacy & FDA Law, Drug Distribution & Medical Marijuana,” Kirk will present on “Credentialing and Professional Peer Review/Medical Staff Governance & Bylaws/Risk Management,” Philip will present on “Integration and Structure of Delivery Systems/Tax Issues,” and John will present on "Licensure / Certification & Accreditation / CON” and “Health Care in Florida 2025: Recent Legislative Changes Impacting the Delivery of Healthcare.” 

This course is a valuable training program for new associates and in-house counsel and an excellent refresher for experienced health lawyers who have applied to take the certification exam.
