Kirk Davis, chair of Akerman’s Healthcare Practice Group, will be speaking at the 2013 Annual Meeting of the Florida Association of Nurse Anesthetists cohosted by the American College of Healthcare Executives. Kirk will participate on the panel titled, “The Prospect for Malpractice Reform.” The panel discussion will focus on the malpractice insurance crisis, changes in practices and procedures, and the trends in coverage nationally and at the state level.
