Kirk Davis, Healthcare Practice Group Chair, will speak during the Florida Society for Healthcare Risk Management and Patient Safety (FSHRMPS) Annual Meeting Education Conference. The panel, "Patient and Employee Safety in Mental Health Settings," will address risk management, quality improvement, workforce, and patient safety as well as everyday problems in the mental health system. Topics will include concerns about OSHA investigations and workplace violence, protection of employees, quality care for the fragile mental health population, and dealing with decreasing reimbursement.
