Kristen Fiore will present “Jurisdiction: A Clerk’s Perspective” at Beyond the Bar: The Supreme Court of Florida, a full-day, in-person seminar designed to provide attorneys with an in-depth, practical look at all aspects of practice before the Supreme Court of Florida.

This seminar offers a comprehensive examination of Florida's appellate practice, including the Supreme Court’s mandatory and discretionary jurisdiction, recent decisions shaping the scope of that jurisdiction, and insights into the court’s Central Staff department and ACIS case-management and research functions. Attendees will also observe a live oral argument and participate in skills-focused panels addressing merits briefing and oral advocacy.
