Lilly Moon will speak at the National Association of Women in Construction’s 2018 Annual Conference. Her topic, “Battling Sexual Harassment in the Workplace: Employee Rights and Employer Responsibilities,” will discuss how the definitions of illegal harassment have become unclear and concerns about addressing and preventing sexual harassment in the workplace have become a top concern for employees and employers alike.
