Lillian Chaves Moon will be a moderator on a panel titled "Handling Workplace Bullying and Practical Tips for Preparing for a Threat of Violence," at the Hispanic National Bar Association's 2021 Annual Convention. The panel will discuss an employer' legal duties and practical steps for the prevention of and response to workplace violence incidents, as well as how legal departments are/should be addressing the issue.
