Lisa Kolieb will speak on a panel titled "The Housing Accountability Act: What Does It Take to Deny a Residential Project?" at the 8th Annual California Land Use Law & Policy Conference. The conference will address several top issues associated with California land use law, policy, and planning including: housing elements, regional housing need allocations, Density Bonus Law, historic preservation, and the Housing Accountability Act. The conference will also cover other important crossover areas of law, including Endangered Species Act Law, “Waters of the United States,” and the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
