Akerman partner Lorie Fale will present on a panel at the upcoming Advanced Income Tax Seminar hosted by the American Bar Association and the Institute for Professionals in Taxation. Lorie’s panel, “Alternative Apportionment: When to Raise It and How to Defend Against It,” will address strategy and legal issues associated with alternative apportionment and the latest cases in the area.
