Mark Bernet will be a panel speaker at the 2013 Consumer Protection Summer Conference, hosted by the Office of the Attorney General and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). Mark will participate in the Receivership Panel titled, "Role of Litigation in Enforcement Actions Brought by the Federal Trade Commission and the Florida Attorney General." The purpose of the conference is to discuss best practices relating to information management, funding and sharing funds, communication, and receivership issues between the Office of the Attorney General and the FTC.
