Michael Kelly will speak on a panel titled “How Three High-Profile Federal Prosecutions Ended in Defense Victories: The Inside Story of U.S. v. Morgan, U.S. v. Sadr, and U.S. v. Peavler,” hosted by Akerman LLP, White & Case LLP, Steptoe LLP, and New York Council of Defense Lawyers.
