Pedro Freyre will serve as the Co-Chair of the 3rd Annual U.S.-Cuba Corporate Counsel Summit presented by Knowledge@Wharton and Momentum. He will also speak on a panel titled "Insights From Cuba: A Deep Dive into the Framework, Bureaucracies, and Culture of Cuba's Legal System." The panel will provide exclusive insights into the Cuban judicial system and court structure as well as an overview of the appeals process, the role of non-legal judges, applicable laws, foreign Investment Structures, as well as the legal and regulatory authority of key government agencies.
