Pedro Freyre will speak on a panel titled "The 'New' Cuba and What it Means for Americans," at the 2016 Winter Leadership Meeting presented by the American Bar Association (ABA) Section of Litigation. The panel will examine what additional changes are likely to occur with regard to U.S.-Cuba relations and on what timetable. It will also discuss U.S. companies wanting to do business in Cuba, as well as issues involving pre-Castro ownership of property, and current lobbying efforts.
