Philip Schwartz will present "Third Party Legal Opinions on Collateral Under the UCC," at the UCC Seminar presented by The Florida Bar's Business Law Section. The program will clarify elements in Article 9, and cover new amendments, and license issues among other topics. The seminar has been approved for eight hours of CLE credit by The Florida Bar.
