Rachel Rudensky and Mark Passler will moderate a panel titled “Free Speech and Trademark Law: A Survey of Recent and Relevant Cases from United States, Japan and Norway Concerning Speech, Expression and Trademark Protection” at the 2016 INTA Annual Meeting. The discussion will focus on recent trademark decisions, future trends, and the most important decisions of the past year concerning free speech rights, property rights in trademarks, and political and commercial speech.
