Ray Hernandez will moderate a panel for NAIOP Central Florida discussing the state of the pipeline and noteworthy projects in the City of Orlando and Orange County. The panel will include, Elisabeth Dang, Chief Planner for the City of Orlando’s Comprehensive Planning Studio and Eric Raasch, Jr., Chief Planner for the Orange County Planning Division. The speakers will address details such as timing and approval, the scope and scale of the projects, and the impacts these projects will have on the community. NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, is the leading organization for developers, owners and investors of office, industrial, retail and mixed-use real estate.
