Richard Milstein will speak at a breakout session titled, "DOMA - Defense of Marriage Act - Planning for Unmarried Couples," at the Tax & Financial Planning Conference presented by the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA). He will discuss the legal and tax issues affecting unmarried couples as a result of DOMA in addition to an update on the application of this ruling from various federal agencies.
