Richard Milstein will speak on a panel at the Religious Liberty and Same Sex Marriage Forum presented by Broward College. The panel will bring together local academics and community leaders who will discuss the exent to which the impending legalization of same sex marriages will affect churches, institutions, and/or businesses to operate freely.
