Robyn Neely, Chair of Akerman's Environment and Natural Resources Practice, will participate in a round table discussion titled "PFAS in Biosolids and Beneficial Reuse of Agricultural Sites in Florida: Exploring Possible Directions in Regulatory Policy and Asking Hard Questions about Brownfields Due Diligence" at the PFAS Forum V in Orlando, Florida. The PFAS Forum V will provide attendees with an understanding of the environmental issues related to PFAS, educate the environmental/remediation industry and regulatory community on the potential risks from PFAS, as well as discuss regulatory and legal issues, monitoring, treatment, cleanup and disposal technologies.
