Robyn Neely, Chair of Akerman's Environmental and Natural Resources Practice will speak on a panel titled, "PFAS Regulatory and Legal Issues" at the Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS) Forum II. Leading environmental lawyers will discuss key legal issues revolving around PFAS including recent legislation, enforcement, litigation, transactional due diligence and other topics.

The Forum provides an understanding of the environmental issues related to PFAS, educate the environmental/remediation industry and regulatory community on the potential risks from PFAS, as well as discuss regulatory and legal issues, monitoring, treatment, cleanup and disposal technologies.
