Sara Langan will present at a Taxation Section Seminar titled, “Current Happenings in the World of Tax: Renewable Energy, Tax Credits, PTET, Domiciles, and GILTI” at the Nebraska State Bar Association Annual Meeting.

This seminar will highlight Renewable Energy Tax Credits that may be useful to your clients and provide an overview of the PTET (Pass-Through Entity Tax) framework. Speakers will then review a recent Supreme Court ruling redefining domicile and conclude with a review of the potential GILTI lawsuit’s impact on international tax policies.
