Sarah DeFranco will present a continuing education course at Southeastern Community College titled, "Employment Law: Keys to Hiring and Firing." The course will provide executives and managers with a substantive overview of the key employment laws to consider when hiring and firing personnel, including anecdotes from cases litigated by the instructor and useful tips for compliance and litigation avoidance.
