Stefi George will speak at the SALT Spotlight during the American Bar Association’s Fall Tax Meeting held virtually and live in person in St. Louis, Missouri. Her topic “NOLs Yesterday, Today, and 20 Years From Now,” will address recent cases and developments on states’ limitations on application of NOLs, including issues related to nexus, combined reporting, and allocation and apportionment.
