Thomas Mandler, Co-Chair of Akerman's Traditional Labor Law Practice, will speak on a panel titled "Cannabis Labor Issues: Labor Peace Agreements and Beyond" at the Cannabis Law Institute 2024 presented by the International Cannabis Bar Association. The panel will cover key labor law concepts and issues every cannabis lawyer should understand, from the National Labor Relations Act to Labor Peace Agreements.
