Jacqueline Arango will co-chair the American Conference Institute's Anti-Corruption Book Camp, as well as speak at the event on "Government Investigations - Critical Updates on Voluntary Disclosure and Privilege Considerations." This session will discuss whether or not the government is becoming more broad in expectations of evidence production, credit for turning over privileged information, and conflict of interest requirements for counsel when interviewing employees.
