Benjamin Joelson is a partner in the Litigation Practice Group. His practice focuses on complex commercial disputes in the real estate and hospitality sectors, where he represents a wide range of real estate developers, commercial landlords and tenants, hotel owners and operators, private equity firms, family offices, and franchisors. Benjamin’s clients are spread across various industries, including retail, food service, technology, healthcare, financial services, and real estate.

Benjamin is also one of the leading litigators in the field of high-end sports memorabilia and collectibles, with a particular focus on game-worn sports memorabilia. In this field, Benjamin has handled disputes concerning some of the most valuable and well-known items of memorabilia, including game-worn items from athletes such as Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant, Saquon Barkley, LeBron James, Wilt Chamberlain, and Patrick Ewing, among countless others.

Benjamin handles disputes at both the trial and appellate levels, in state and federal courts, and in arbitrations, including before the American Arbitration Association (AAA), JAMS, the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), and the International Center for Dispute Resolution (ICDR). In his representations, Benjamin focuses on ensuring that the legal and litigation strategies align with his clients' broader and long-term business goals and objectives.
