Represented a commercial property owner through a non-jury eviction trial in consolidated cases, stemming from a commercial tenant’s failure to pay rent on various commercial units rented within the building. The tenant asserted a host of counterclaims. The trial presented pre-trial emergency evidentiary motions, which were heavily contested. The trial resulted in a successful eviction judgment and award of attorneys’ fees. 

Represented a company against a former employee in a federal action for theft of trade secrets and breach of non-competition agreement.

Successfully defended a company against allegations of fraud and breach of contract. Despite significant challenges, including lost business records and the absence of key personnel with knowledge of the dispute, the defense was able to secure a favorable judgment for the client on all claims.
