Jacksonville Office Managing Partner Christian George has been recognized as "Lawyer of the Year" by the Jacksonville Bar Association (JBA). George was presented with the award by the Editor of the Jacksonville Daily Record, Karen J. Mathis, during the organization’s annual Law Day luncheon for his efforts in spearheading the JBA’s new Eviction and Foreclosure Prevention Program to help local residents avoid losing their homes during the pandemic. George has made several contributions to the Jacksonville Bar and Florida Bar, including his launch of the Florida Bar’s Mental Health Awareness initiative during his tenure as president of the Young Lawyers Division in 2019.

George has a national practice focusing on commercial litigation and creditors’ rights in all courts. He routinely represents financial institutions and other lenders, shareholders, equity investors, members and partners in professional corporations, LLCs and partnerships, as well as all types of businesses, individuals and families in all areas of commercial, real estate, and bankruptcy litigation.
