The Labor & Employment Practice Group will present a collaborative roundtable discussion for
in-house counsel regarding disability leave management issues under the ever-expanding New York City Human Rights Law and other relevant laws. This roundtable, facilitated by Matthew Steinberg and Samantha Abeysekera, will allow for a peer-to-peer exchange of ideas and solutions surrounding recurring trends, strategies, and issues that affect employers.
