Eric Goldberg and Thomas Kearney will speak on panels presented by the Consumer Financial Services Committee at the American Bar Association (ABA) Business Law Section Spring Meeting. Eric will speak on a panel titled, "Fintech True North: American and Canadian Policy Approaches to Digital Currency and Fintech," and Thomas will speak on a panel titled, "Cross-Border Mortgage Regulation – Stress Tests v. Qualified Mortgages." The Consumer Financial Services Committee is geared toward ABA members who represent consumers, industry, agencies, and regulators.
