Eric Goldberg will participate on a panel titled, "The Future of Mobile Wallets: PayPal vs. CFPB," hosted by K&L Gates. During the discussion, the panelists will define CFPB’s “prepaid account” and the misleading name of why the “Prepaid Rule” is exacerbated by the fact that the rule itself consists of more than 2,000 pages of dense regulations that are difficult to digest.
