William Heller, chair of Akerman's Consumer Finance Litigation & Compliance Practice Group, will be chairing and speaking at the American Conference Institute's Bank & Non-Bank Forum on Mortgage Servicing Compliance. Bill will participate on the panel titled, "Meeting the Demands Associated with CFPB Close Supervision of Loan Servicing Transfers." The panel discussion will focus on submission of informational plans, examination of policies and procedures, and enforcement.
