William Heller, Chair of Akerman's Consumer Financial Services Practice Group, will speak at the 2017 MBA Legal Issues conference. His panel, "Servicing Issues Including TCPA," will discuss CFPB rules and directives, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Telephone Consumer Protection Act, state and CSBS initiatives, as well as the intersection of litigation and enforcement actions with mortgage servicing requirements.
