Akerman is proud to share the American Bar Association has named Litigation Associate Brittanie Browning to its 2024 “On the Rise – Top 40 Young Lawyers” list. The list recognizes ABA members who exemplify a broad range of high achievement and legal and community service.

Browning, who is based in Akerman's Atlanta office, focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation matters including insurance coverage. She also advises insurance carriers on coverage issues nationally. In addition, she handles appeals at both the state and federal level. Browning serves as the current president of the Young Lawyers Division of the State Bar of Georgia.
