Industry publication Attorney Intel has named Akerman Litigation Partner Adam Massaro to its "Top 25 Attorneys of Colorado" for 2024.

Massaro is a trial attorney based in Akerman's Denver office where his practice is focused on intellectual property and corporate litigation. He has tried cases in multiple states, including five trials in the past two years, including multi-week trials. Massaro also represents clients across the country, as well as those based abroad, in complex, multimillion-dollar matters. His IP work includes matters involving software, internet-based technologies, industrial equipment, and sporting goods, as well as extensive experience with the cannabis industry.
