The company operates three facilities in Connecticut, South Carolina, and Scotland, employing 175 people across more than 175,000 square feet of manufacturing and repair space.
The acquisition expands HEICO's presence in the aeroderivative industrial gas turbine market, supporting growing global energy demand driven by AI. Ethos A&C will continue operating as a standalone entity within Wencor while broadening HEICO's service capabilities and global maintenance, repair, and overhaul footprint.
