Michael Meadows is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group. Michael focuses his practice on corporate finance and lending. He represents lenders, financial sponsors, and corporate borrowers in domestic and cross-border bank financing transactions, including syndicated credit facilities, acquisition and recapitalization financings, and asset-based financings. As part of his corporate finance and lending practice, he drafts and reviews documents in connection with debt and finance transactions, including senior and subordinated facilities, intercreditor and subordination agreements, guaranty and security agreements, stock pledge agreements, and other ancillary documents.
