Akerman represented TrussPoint Roofing & Exterior Renovations (TrussPoint), a growth-oriented investment platform backed by New York-based private equity firm Soundcore Capital Partners, in its acquisition of Eaton Roofing & Exteriors, LLC, one of Kansas's largest and most respected residential re-roofing and exterior renovation companies.
Founded in 1993, Eaton Roofing & Exteriors has repaired or installed more than 40,000 roofs across Kansas. With locations in Wichita, Topeka, Salina, Hutchinson, and Manhattan, the company has built a statewide reputation for quality workmanship and trusted relationships with homeowners and insurance partners. Eaton specializes in residential roofing, siding, windows and doors, and gutters.
The acquisition strengthens TrussPoint's presence in the Midwest and advances the platform's strategy of investing in high-growth, retail-centered roofing and exterior services companies. Launched in 2025 with its initial investment in Ridge Top Exteriors, TrussPoint continues to expand through strategic acquisitions of leading regional providers.
