Akerman was featured in The Atlanta Journal-Constitution in coverage of the Georgia Legal Food Frenzy, a statewide initiative focused on addressing food insecurity. The coverage highlights the legal community’s efforts to support food banks across Georgia.
As part of the initiative, Akerman’s Atlanta office volunteered with the Atlanta Community Food Bank. Litigation Partner Brittanie Browning, who serves on the organization’s Advisory Board, helped coordinate the firm’s participation.
