Real estate partner Eddie Lowry and member of the data centers and digital infrastructure practice was presented with the Albert Cassens Award for Outstanding Community Achievement by the Edwardsville/Glen Carbon Chamber of Commerce. Given to one individual each year, the award recognizes Lowry for his business acumen, community spirit and his generous donations of time, effort and philanthropy to the community, which have a lasting impact.

Lowry, based in Chicago, focuses his practice on real estate law, counseling clients on the full spectrum of their corporate real estate needs across an array of industries and asset classes, including investment, development, operations and divestiture of properties used for logistics and warehousing, data centers, renewable energy projects, intermodal and rail served industrial properties, offices, multifamily, retail and shopping centers, restaurants and hospitality, entertainment venues, manufacturing, utilities, and municipal uses.

An integral part of the Data Centers and Digital Infrastructure Practice, Lowry advises clients in acquisition, divestiture, planning, building, and operating data centers in the United States. He leads clients through real estate-related issues, including permitting, land use, environmental, energy and infrastructure procurement strategies and agreements, leasing, co-location, and licensing agreements related to this unique asset class.
