Eddie Lowry focuses his practice on real estate law and real estate finance, counseling clients on the full spectrum of their corporate real estate needs across an array of industries and asset classes, including investment, development, operations and divestiture of properties used for data centers, renewable energy, intermodal and rail served industrial properties, logistics and warehousing, offices, multifamily, retail and shopping centers, restaurants and hospitality, entertainment venues, manufacturing, utilities, and municipal uses.

Eddie advises clients in investment, financing, and development of properties and interests related to energy production and energy infrastructure with an emphasis on the increasing demand for sustainable energy sources. His practice includes substantial experience representing renewable energy companies including all facets of development of renewable energy projects, including tax equity investment financing structures, property acquisition and assemblage, land use, transactional, financing, permitting, and regulatory matters related to the renewable energy projects.

An integral part of the Data Centers and Digital Infrastructure Practice, Eddie advises clients in relation to standalone data center asset purchases and divestitures, including campus acquisitions, acquisition of sites to be redeveloped as data centers, and sale and leaseback of data center assets. He has significant experience in advising clients on the complexities of all aspects of data center operations, leasing, subleasing, co-location and related services including experience advising on the related service level maintenance agreements and assisting with data privacy policies and various user agreements. Eddie advises developers, operators, and investors on data center development projects, including financing, land assemblage, permitting, land use, environmental, energy and infrastructure procurement strategies and agreements, leasing, co-location, hyperscale and lease and licensing agreements related to this unique asset class.

In addition, Eddie has an inside track on the railroad industry where he advises clients in rail agreements, land use control and acquisition of real property, and real property interests related to railroads.
