As school year begins and the country prepares for another fall semester at the behest of the pandemic, labor and employment partner Mishell Parreno Taylor spoke with Law360 to offer tips — from reviewing school visitation leave laws to implementing flexible scheduling — to help parents and their employers adjust to shifts in workers' schedules and caregiving responsibilities.
