Mishell Parreno Taylor is an experienced employment litigator and business advisor who leads the firm’s California Labor and Employment team. She represents employers in complex employment litigation nationwide, with a focus on discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination matters, as well as high-stakes wage and hour class and representative action litigation, including claims brought under the California Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA). Her practice is national in scope, with a strong concentration on matters filed in California, Texas, and across multiple jurisdictions.
Mishell partners with clients, including Fortune 500 companies, across industries such as finance and fintech, global technology, biotech, education, healthcare, manufacturing, transportation, retail, private equity, and energy. Her practice includes regularly litigating complex, fact‑intensive employment matters in federal and state courts, arbitration, and administrative forums, with experience representing employers through trial, arbitration, summary judgment, class certification proceedings, and appeal.
