Akerman successfully represented Searchlight Capital’s portfolio company Integrated Power Services (IPS), a leading North American provider of electrical, mechanical, and power management systems, in the acquisition of Demaria Electric Motor Services, Inc., the leading provider of electromechanical services in California and the Western United States.
