Akerman represented Trivest Partners, L.P. in the sale of its majority stake in its portfolio company HighGround Restoration Group, Inc. to Knox Lane, a growth-oriented investment firm focused on partnering with businesses in the consumer and services sectors.

Akerman also represented Trivest in its original investment in Dry Force LLC five years ago, and in its subsequent investments in 13 add-on companies, creating the HighGround Restoration platform and resulting in a 12-fold increase in HighGround’s revenue over that period.
