Akerman Litigation Associate Brittanie Browning is featured in the current issue of Georgia State Law sharing words of advice to the university's law school students. Browning, who earned her undergraduate and law degrees from Georgia State, is the current president of the Young Lawyers Division of the State Bar of Georgia. She shared some thoughts on the importance of getting involved in such organizations.

"Show up and be involved early on, whether or not you're seeking leadership or whether or not it may have crossed your mind. Once you're actually involved, you'll understand better how that organization actually works and the overall impact of that organization," she told the magazine.
